Refundable Security Deposit Policy

A refundable Security Deposit of $500.00 is required 30 days prior to event.

Security Deposit
may be used to cover:

Property damage

Missing items

Excessive cleaning

Additional labor charges

Unauthorized occupancy

Rule violations

Unpaid balances

The Refund

Owner shall return any remaining portion of the Security Deposit within thirty (30) days following the event, provided all obligations under this Agreement have been fulfilled, and no damages, excessive cleaning, or outstanding balances remain.

Additional Damage

If damages exceed the Security Deposit amount, Renter shall remain responsible for all additional costs.
