We carefully pack and ship every Sweet Spigot order from our family maple farm in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may be slightly longer as products are prepared fresh in small batches.

Keep refrigerated after opening
Best within 12 months once opened for peak flavor and color
Crystallization is natural and may occur if sugar content of syrup is too high and is if left opened; simply warm gently to re-liquify.
If mold should form on the syrups surface when left opened or non-refrigerated; simply restore by reheating to boiling point and skimming surface.
Unopened
Best within 24 months from purchase date when stored in a cool, dark place.
For long-term storage, freeze (quality holds; syrup won’t freeze solid).
