Made with 100% pure maple syrup and thoughtfully selected ingredients. No artificial flavors, preservatives, or corn syrup.

Storage

For best freshness, refrigerate after opening unless otherwise noted on the product label.

Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, natural variations in color, texture, and flavor may occur. It's a reflection of authentic maple production and seasonal harvest conditions.

Keep refrigerated (Recommended for all-natural product)

• Best within 6 months from bottling if sealed & kept refrigerated

• Best within 3 months from opening & kept refrigerated for optimal texture + flavor

Non-refrigerated

• If necessary, store sealed in a cool place (ideally at 55–65°F) only for short-term.

• Quality holds for about 2–3 weeks when sealed at room temperature (65–75°F)

• During shipping, insulated packing or temp-controlled transport is recommended to preserve quality.

• Sustained temps above 75° for extended time may result in mold accumulating on cream surface.

Separation is normal

Similar to natural peanut butter, just stir the syrup back into the cream.

Consistency

• For thicker cream, just pour the seperated syrup off the top for more of a frosting consistency.

• For a thinner cream, just microwave for 10-20 seconds for more a drizzle consistency.

We carefully pack and ship every Sweet Spigot order from our family maple farm in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may be slightly longer as products are prepared fresh in small batches.

1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order (within 5 days if damaged in shipping)
