    • Best within 12 months once opened for peak flavor and color

    • Crystallization is natural and may occur if sugar content of syrup is too high and is if left opened; simply warm gently to re-liquify.

    • If mold should form on the syrups surface when left opened or non-refrigerated; simply restore by reheating to boiling point and skimming surface.

    • Best within 24 months from purchase date when stored in a cool, dark place.

    • For long-term storage, freeze (quality holds; syrup won’t freeze solid).
