Our Story

The DeGrave family farm has been producing 100% pure maple syrup for several generations. Continuing this traditional dream in the Upper Peninsula (UP) of Michigan, you will find our sugar house evaporating maple sap early in the spring. The finished product we bring to your table will have your waffles doing the backstroke in golden syrup. Ice cream will melt in your mouth. Salmon marinated in our maple garlic glaze will have you wishing for more. Indulge yourself with strawberry's dipped into smooth maple cream and satisfy the sweet and salty cravings with maple cream atop a Ritz cracker. Now.....

Our Process

Everything we bottle is naturally and sustainably harvested
Our sap is gathered from mature maple trees. The sap flows through the taps and down the lines to our indoor evaporator house, keeping the sap contained and clean as possible.                   The sweet scent of maple wafts through the sugar house as steam rises from the thickening sap. Once it's boiled down to perfection, we bottle maple syrup in GLASS to maintain quality and avoid plastic usage. We love our trees and our environment.
